Day 4 – Mid Break Slump

Meditate. ✅
Did 15 minutes sound meditation in corpse pose. I put on some meditation music to focus on.

Exercise. ✅
Did 1.5 mile loop again during my lunch break. This time I just power walked it because my shins were hurting. I don’t think I have the proper form or running shoes. I did some research on proper form, so I’ll try again. I’ve never been a runner, but I’ve long wanted to start.

Write. 
Oops. I was planning on writing after I finished an episode of a new show I’m watching. But, mid-show, the power went out. I guess I still could’ve wrote…my laptop still had about 50% battery. I don’t think it was a conscious decision, but more a lapse in memory. Either way, I missed it.

Do not go out to drink. ✅

Do not eat garbage food. ✅

Nut Bar
Turkey Meatballs, Roasted Carrots, Spring Mix Salad
