Driving meditation. Listened to classical music the entire drive to work (about 45 min) trying to stay present and mindful. Lots of thoughts kept popping into my head and I kept getting on the trains and jumping off the trains. Such a difficult practice, but I feel like the consistent practice of steadying my mind is helping me to be less reactive throughout the day.
1.8 mile walk during lunch.
1 hour cardio + strength training class.
I was so tired, I went to bed without fulfilling this commitment. 😦
Do not go out to drink.
Had 1/2 glass of wine with dinner…made it through 1/2 of that before I got sick of it.
Do not eat garbage food.
