Day 24 – For the Win

Meditate. ✅
Zen Body Scan guided meditation. I found myself feeling a little resistant today.

Exercise. ✅
Walked, but it was kind of for work…

Write. ✅
Today was quite possibly the hardest day in my career. Something happened that was out of my hands, but I can’t help going down the path of regret, guilt and coulda, woulda, shoulda. For the most part, I’ve been dealing with it okay, but it’s definitely emotionally draining. I did resist drinking as my stress relief so I am quite proud of that!

Do not go out to drink. ✅

Do not eat garbage food. ✅
Green Almond Smoothie
Pasta with Chicken Sausage
Bite of Cheesecake
Barbecue Potato Chips
Chicken Wings, Clam Chowder, Fries
